Ignore the physical and social infrastructure of the country and a benevolent deity from above will provide for the poor, the lame, the disfavored and the diminished. The roads and bridges will last forever and the natural wonders of America will at last be thrown open to every bulldozer, wood chopper, hole digger and driller in America. Say Amen! Say Amen!
